To create AWS Budget, go to the Budget page and click the "Create a budgets" button.

Select "Cost budget" and click "Set your budget" button

Set your budgeted amount, e.g., $0.01

Set your alert threshold to 100 and input your email to get an email notification if your usages are over your budget.
